The kind that make you meet yourself. That moment when you start asking whether you should quit, slow down, or tap out. That moment is the whole point. Make no mistake: this training builds you mentally as much as it does physically.
THIS ISN’T NEW.
Meet Yourself Saturday started over a decade ago at GarageGymAthlete.com. Back then it was just me, a garage, and Murph. Every single Saturday for a year. I posted some of the fastest times ever recorded on that workout, week after week.
It was never about the times, though. It was about showing up to something hard on the same day, every week, and seeing what it did to me.
Turns out other people wanted that too. What started as one guy in a garage is now thousands of athletes in garages, gyms, and boxes all over the world, all meeting themselves on the same day. Every Saturday.
WHY IT MATTERS.
Doing hard things on purpose carries over. To your job. Your family. Your fitness. Stick with us for a couple of months and you’ll be surprised who you’ve become.
And the pressure’s off. Saturdays are optional. Miss one and you’ll still make heaps of progress. But we’d love to see you there.
